At Jam K Beauty, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority. Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we have suspended our return policy. However, we are still committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service.

If you receive a damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange with proof of damaged product. Simply contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt, at jamkbeauty@gmail.com, and we will assist you in the exchange process.
